As you have the NE version I'd suggest you raise a Support Case with Zimbra.

Why not open a bug report and/or a support case (if you're an NE user)?

You should always a) give your ZCS version (as I've mentioned before), b) tell us which instruction you've followed and c) did you add the DKIM records to a LAN DNS server or a DNS server on the internet.
