You should always a) give your ZCS version (as I've mentioned before), b) tell us which instruction you've followed and c) did you add the DKIM records to a LAN DNS server or a DNS server on the internet.

Release 9.0.0.ZEXTRAS.20211118.UBUNTU18.64 UBUNTU18_64 FOSS edition. That version of Zimbra is almost a year old, you need to keep ZCS up-to-date and I'd suggest you update it ASAP especially when we have this sort of problem in the wild: https://forums.zimbra.org/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=71058

Just to confirm what tehseen has posted, the localhost entry doesn't cause the problem. You should see a header line that states the mail server name and the Public IP address (or possibly the LAN IP), do you have that? Have you looked at the full headers (one by one) of an email that's been marked ...
